Currently, each child registered for our Fall 2009 program has an individual player account in the GotSoccer database. If you do not know your child’s account information, please e-mail the registrar at registrar@deptfordsoccer.net. Please allow 3 days for a response. If you have more than one child playing soccer, you MUST create a Family Account to be eligible for the multiplayer discount online.
Please read the instructions below very carefully.
Depending on your family type, different options must be used.
NEW INDIVIDUAL PLAYER ACCOUNTS
For the following players:
Those new to DSA
Those who were not registered in our Fall 2009 season
Those who do not have siblings who will be playing soccer Create an Individual Users – New Account on our online registration page..
EXISTING INDIVIDUAL PLAYER ACCOUNTS
All returning Fall 2009 players For the following players:
Those who were registered in our Fall 2009 season
Those who do not have siblings who will be playing soccer
At the bottom of this e-mail, you will find a username and password for your child’s account in GotSoccer. Please use this information once you go to our online registration website. Once you are in your account, you can update information in your child’s account and create a new username and password.
FAMILY ACCOUNTS
To be eligible for the multiplayer discount through the online registration, you must create a family account.
For the following players:
Those who were registered in our Fall 2009 season
Those who have siblings who will be playing soccer
Instructions for creating family accounts:
When you click on the link to our online registration form, you will seen an option to create a family account. Click on the link and create your family’s account.
At the top of your family account, you will see a tab that says “Family Members.”
You will need the individual account information for each child you are registering, which can be found at the bottom of the e-mails you have received from each child’s account.
To add a current player’s (someone who played in the Fall 2009 season) account into your family account, enter in that player’s username and password information and then click the “Import” button.
Follow the same steps for all of the children you will have in your family account who are currently registered in our Fall 2009 program.
NEW PLAYERS IN FAMILIES
To create an account for a new player (someone who did not play in the Fall 2009 season) in your family, log in to your Family account, go to the tab that says “Family Members,” and click the “Create New Player” button. Enter all of the player’s information needed and click the “Create Player Account” button. This player will be automatically entered into your Family account and our DSA database.

FUNDRAISING INFORMATION FOR FAMILIES
When registering online, the multi-player discount is applied at the end of the registration process after you have registered your first child. A total $45.00 will be removed from your registration fees - $15.00 for your multiplayer discount and $30.00 for the fundraising option, so you are only purchasing one fundraiser per family. To recieve your full discount, choose the buyout option when you are prompted to choose a fundraising option for all children beyond your first registered child.

Refund Form
Please complete the player refund form if you are withdrawing your child from our current program. Full refunds are only issued if the player has not been rostered to a team. Once your child has been rostered, an administration fee of $25 will be withheld from your refund.
As always there are NO DOGS ALLOWED at the Cattell Soccer Complex.
